Daniel’s 69th and 70th Weeks

Daniel’s 69th and 70th Weeks

Hello Phillip,

My name is Gene Benjamin II, no credentials, just a disciple of Yeshua. My wife forwarded one of your website pages/posts/articles to me about Pastor Mark Biltz’s eclipse research. Your article (see www.watchmanbiblestudy.com for Phillip’s fine work) was the first time that I had heard that there were 49, 360-day, years (17,640 days) from June 7, 1967 to Sept. 23, 2015 CE, Yom Kippur. I’ve been studying Bible chronology for about 5 years and I get into the numbers, especially when it comes to the Jubilees. Yom Kippur, 2015 CE, could be very interesting indeed. You may or may not know that the modern Jewish count of Shmita years is off. The actual next Scriptural Sabbatical year will begin on Yom Kippur, Sept. 23, 2015 CE!! I personally hope that the newly formed Jewish Sanhedrin declares a Jubilee Year on Yom Kippur in 2015 CE!! They just don’t know that 2015/2016 is the real next Sabbatical Year! The next Sabbatical Year and possible Jubilee Year would flow from Yom Kippur, 2015 CE, to Yom Kippur, 2016 CE, whether Yeshua returns or not. The Sabbatical Year of 2015/2016 CE synchronizes with every other Sabbatical Year found in the Scriptures and in Hebrew history.

There is good biblical reason to believe Yeshua could return during the Sabbatical Year of 2015/2016 CE. Look at Daniel 9:25, “Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the command to restore and build Jerusalem (the UN’s Resolution 181 on Nov. 29, 1947 CE) until Messiah the Prince, there shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks (for a total of 69 Weeks); the street shall be built again, and the [security] wall, even in troublesome times.” What this Scripture means to me is that the 1st Feast of Weeks of Daniel 9 occurred in 1948, since Nov. 29, 1947, was already past the Feast of Weeks for 1947. Therefore, Shavuot, or Pentecost, 1948, was Daniel’s 1st Feast of Weeks (Hebrew word = shabuwa) from a more literal interpretation of Daniel 9. That means that the 69th Feast of Weeks of Daniel 9 occurs in . . . you guessed it, 2016 CE!!! The 69th Feast of Weeks of Daniel 9 ― during which 49-day feast period I firmly believe Yeshua will return to earth, since He left on day 40 of the Feast of Weeks in 30 CE ― will occur in the spring of 2016 CE, which is close to the middle of the Scriptural Sabbatical Year and a possible Jubilee Year! Most of the prophecy scholars and students I read, declare their belief that Yeshua must return during a Jubilee Year. Personally, I believe Yeshua can return any time He wants to, but He will follow prophecy and His own Divine Calendar. If Yeshua returns in the spring of 2016 CE, then we may see the 7-day marriage supper of the Lamb during Sukkot, 2016 CE. But where does that leave us with Daniel’s 70th Feast of Weeks (Shavuot) in 2017 CE? I see Daniel’s 70th Feast of Weeks as the CORONATION CEREMONY DAY to crown Yeshua King of Heaven and King of Earth!! Look at Daniel 9:24, “Seventy weeks (shabuwas) are determined for your people and for your holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sins, to make reconciliation for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy.” Yeshua is the Most Holy, He is the Temple per Revelation 21:22, He is the King of kings and Master of all masters, and He will be declared King of Heaven and earth. King Yeshua will be crowned as the last King of Israel 447 Sabbatical cycles after the first King of Israel, Saul, was anointed king during the Feast of Weeks in 1113 BCE.

One of these days I hope to make a chart of 1260, 1290, and 1335 days BEFORE Yom Kippur, 2015, and BEFORE Shavuot 2016 and 2017 CE, to see if anything significant happens on those days in human history. Spring 2012 could be real exciting! Heavens, 3 ½ years before Shavuot, 2016 is close to Dec. 21, 2012!!! Houston, we have a problem.

Blessings to you and yours and keep up the good work, love your website,

Gene Benjamin II
