Leviticus 23:24-25, “Speak to the people of Israel and say, ’In the seventh month, the first of the month will be a Sabbath observance for you, a memorial with the blowing of trumpets, and a set-apart assembly. 25You must do no ordinary work, and you must offer a sacrifice made by fire to Yahweh.’” As we’ve told you before, this year we made a course correction in our Hebrew roots journey with Yahweh by switching from the error of the lunar calendar to the biblical solar calendar. The first day of the seventh month on the biblical solar calendar is therefore on September 17, 2019. We will be celebrating the Day of Trumpets all that day, from dawn to dawn.
The Day of Trumpets is a prophetic feast rehearsal, pointing to our glorious future, the Rapture/Resurrection of Yeshua’s remnant saints and restoration of all Israel, Ephraim and Judah.
First, let’s get the future historical chronology correct, for without proper chronology, you simply have text that can easily be taken out of context, thus creating your very own pretext!! The best timing Scripture for the Rapture/Resurrection comes straight from the mouth of our Master, Yeshua Messiah. He states in Matthew 24:29-31, “But immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give its light, the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory. 31He will send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.” We know that the tribulation spoken of in verses 29-31 is the Great Tribulation, because Yeshua just introduced the Great Tribulation back in verse 21. So now, our proper and true chronological context is set in the sharp sword of his word. The only other great Rapture/Resurrection timing Scripture that confirms our proper chronological context is Paul’s teaching on the Rapture/Resurrection in 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, “Look! I tell you a secret truth: We will not all die, but we will all be changed. 52We will be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.”
By now I hope you realize that the last trumpet CANNOT sound before the first trumpets of judgment. Paul has just confirmed our proper chronological context for the Rapture/Resurrection. If you still believe in a pre-tribulation rapture, you need to repent, ask for Yeshua’s forgiveness and get ready for a rough ride, as the Devil has asked permission to test and try you for seven intense years of trouble. Yeshua asks, will you be able to endure to the end? Those that endure to the end will be saved. Of course, Yeshua understands that you can only endure to your own end. If you get murdered, martyred, or executed during the Great Tribulation, you have endured to your end, you will be saved, as long as you testify of your faith in Yeshua and do not deny Him at this critical time in human history.
Our Rapture/Resurrection before Yahweh pours out his wrath on the Anti-Messiah and sinners in the world is our blessed hope as described by Paul in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, “We do not want you to misunderstand, brothers, about those who are dead, so that you do not grieve like the rest who do not have certainty about the future. 14For if we believe that Yeshua died and rose again, even so Yahweh will bring with Yeshua those who have died in him. 15For this we say to you by the word of Yahweh, that we who are alive, who are left at the coming of Yeshua, will surely not precede those who have died. 16For Yeshua himself will descend from heaven. He will come with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of Yahweh, and the dead in Messiah will rise first. 17Then we who are alive, who are left, will together with them be caught up in the clouds to meet Yeshua in the air. In this way we will always be with the Sovereign. 18Therefore, comfort one another with these words.”
So Paul, what’s so comforting about these words if we have to endure through the Great Tribulation? Well, my friends, you’re going to make it into the Millennial Kingdom of Yeshua, dead or alive. When Yeshua returns, he is returning to set up his Kingdom on earth and to give you a share in his Kingdom. That is his good pleasure. You do not need to worry about dead relatives, or about your own death. Dead or alive, you’ll be raptured or resurrected after the Great Tribulation, just before the Day of Wrath. The Day of the Rapture/Resurrection will be a future Day of Trumpets on the 1st day of the 7th month. The Day of Trumpets heralds Yeshua’s return, the Rapture/Resurrection of the saints, and the restoration of all Israel, Ephraim and Judah.
The wrath judgment of Yahweh begins immediately after the Rapture/Resurrection on the 1st of the 7th month and goes through to completion on the 10th day of the 7th month, the Day of Atonement, or Yom Kippur. On that great and glorious Day, Judgment Day will be completed. We will experience love, joy and peace with Yeshua on earth, in His Kingdom, until the 1,000 years is over. Then, we will get to witness the final destruction of Satan.
On the 15th of the 7th month in a year rapidly approaching, at the start of the Feast of Tabernacles, we enter into marriage with the Lamb and enjoy the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. I expect these events to happen within the next 7-10 years, so I suggest you prepare your heart and mind to meet your Maker. Look up for your redemption draws nigh.
Keep watching and praying, keep preparing your life, he is coming soon. Pray for the restoration of all believers, Jews and non-Jews, Ephraim and Judah. Titus 2:11-13, “For the saving grace of Yahweh has appeared to all people. 12It trains us to deny irreverence and worldly passions. It trains us to live sensibly, righteously, and reverently in this present age, 13while we look forward to receiving our blessed hope and the appearance of the glory of our great Yahweh and Savior Yeshua Messiah.”
This year, Day of Trumpets, the memorial or zikron of blowing trumpets, the 1st day of the 7th month, will be on September 17, 2019. Dawn to dawn we’ll be blowing trumpets and celebrating a Sabbath day. It’s not about what kind of horn you are blowing, whether silver or an animal horn, but it’s about the prophetic message that this Day of Trumpets teaches and warns about. When Yeshua returns with the trumpet of Yahweh, will you be ready to meet him, or will you be left behind for 10 days of the wrath of Yahweh? Please give your heart and life to Yeshua. Ask him, he’ll save you. Trust him, he’ll return for you.
This will be only the 2nd time we’ve heard Yahweh Himself blow the silver trumpet; the first time on Mt. Sinai, the second time upon Yeshua’s return: Zechariah 9:14-15, “Yahweh will appear to them, and his arrows will shoot out like lightning! For my Sovereign Yahweh will blow the trumpet and will advance with the hurricane force winds from the south. 15Yahweh of the heavenly armed forces will defend them, and they will devour them and defeat the stones of the slings. Then they will drink and shout like men drunk on wine, and they will be filled with wine like bowls, like the corners of the altar.”
Get ready, people, Yeshua is coming soon!! The heavenly kingdom is coming to earth, Matthew 19:28, “Yeshua said to them, “Truly I say to you, in the messianic restoration when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.”
