Rapture – Part V – Isaiah Weighs In

RAPTURE – PART V

ISAIAH WEIGHS IN

I don’t know, sometimes I would just like to slap Christians to awaken their spirits. Let’s take a short look at Isaiah 26 and see what that great prophet had to say about the resurrection. The context of the timing of Isaiah 26 is set in the first verse, in the first phrase actually. Isaiah 26:1-4, “In that day [In that day is ALWAYS a reference to JUDGMENT DAY. And remember, according to the Fall Feasts of Yahweh, Judgment Day, or the Day of Atonement, comes 10 days AFTER the Feast of Trumpets, or the Rapture/Resurrection of believers.] this song will be sung in the land of Judah:

“We have a strong city [Jerusalem!];

Yahweh will appoint salvation for walls and bulwarks.

2  Open the gates,

That the righteous nation [believers, Yah’s family!] which keeps the truth may enter in [New Jerusalem language!!].

3  You will keep him in perfect peace,

Whose mind is stayed on You,

Because he trusts in You.

4  Trust in Yahweh forever,

For in Yah, Yahweh, is everlasting strength.”

Just a quick note: notice which nation is still standing at the END OF THE 7 YEARS OF THE TRIBULATION!! Judah, the modern State of Israel, survives the time of Jacob’s trouble (the last 3 ½ years of the Tribulation)!! Notice at the end of verse 1, salvation is the main theme of Judgment Day! Remember, Yeshua came the first time to deal with sin, at His Second Coming He deals with completing our salvation!! Praise Yahweh!

Verse 9 confirms our context of Judgment Day, “With my soul I have desired You in the night, yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early; for when Your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.” So, do we have that settled in our minds? Isaiah is talking about the Day of the Lord in Isaiah 26, Judgment Day, our day of salvation!!

In verses 13-16, Isaiah shares what has been happening during the Tribulation, and now culminating in Judgment Day, “O Yahweh our Mighty One, masters besides You have had dominion over us; but by You only we make mention of Your name.

14 They are dead, they will not live;

They are deceased, they will not rise.

Therefore You have punished and destroyed them,

And made all their memory to perish.

15 You have increased the nation [of all Israel], O Yahweh,

You have increased the nation [of all Israel];

You are glorified; You have expanded all the borders of the land.

16 Yahweh, in trouble [tribulation] they have visited You,

They poured out a prayer when Your chastening [tribulation] was upon them.”

While Yahweh is taking down a multitude of nations during the tribulation, and especially on Judgment Day, notice He is increasing the nation of Israel and instead of dividing up the land of Israel, He expands Israel’s borders back to the original huge promised land! You think Israel prays a lot at the wailing wall today, wait until the tribulation is really upon us!! This should be a wake up call to all politicians and national leaders around the world, DO NOT DIVIDE UP YAHWEH’S LAND!! That guarantees a curse on your nation.

Verses 17-18, “As a woman with child

Is in pain and cries out in her pangs,

When she draws near the time of her delivery,

So have we been in Your sight, O Yahweh.

18 We have been with child, we have been in pain;

We have, as it were, brought forth wind;

We have not accomplished any deliverance in the earth,

Nor have the inhabitants of the world fallen.”

Israel, the Jews, finally realize their failure to reveal the Messiah and His Father to the world! Humility at last! NOW, after all these thousands of years, Yahweh can accomplish what He has always wanted to in and through Israel. And what does Yahweh do once Israel humbles herself before her Mighty One?

Verses 19-21, “Your dead shall live [Yahweh resurrects His dead family!!];

Together with my dead body they shall arise [resurrection].

Awake [resurrection] and sing, you who dwell in dust;

For your dew is like the dew of herbs,

And the earth shall cast out the dead [resurrection].

20 Come, my people, enter your chambers [some call this the rapture],

And shut your doors behind you [the church is raptured and protected from Judgment Day];

Hide yourself [rapture of the Church], as it were, for a little moment [notice this tiny amount of time, NOT seven times (7 years), or even a time, times and a half time (3 ½ years)],

Until the indignation is past [the fury, wrath, and Judgment Day of Yahweh].

21 For behold, Yahweh comes out of His place [FROM HEAVEN TO EARTH, please settle the direction in your spirits.]

To punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity [Judgment Day!!];

The earth will also disclose her blood,

And will no more cover her slain.” [Enough blood over the millennia, enough said]

Oh my, there is so much in the Scriptures, volumes could be written. First, NOTICE THE PERFECT ORDER OF RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD, FOLLOWED BY RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH, FOLLOWED BY JUDGMENT OF THE WICKED LEFT ON EARTH!! This is the exact order in which Paul taught the resurrection and rapture in 1 Corinthians 15!!

Next, notice the tiny time frame while the Church is hidden away and protected FROM the wrath of Yahweh on Judgment Day. May I propose to you that this LITTLE MOMENT time frame is a maximum of 13 days, from Tishri 2 to Tishri 14 on some soon-coming year. It is not 3 ½ years or 7 years of the Tribulation period. If Isaiah had meant to convey the 3 ½ years or 7 years of Tribulation, he would have used the language of Daniel and John the Revelator. The word little here is Strong’s # 4592 and means little, small, few. The word moment here is Strong’s # 7281 and means a VERY SHORT SPACE OF TIME, and it comes from the root word # 7280 that means A WINK (OF THE EYES, or to act in an instant). Now, I ask you, does that not sound familiar to what Paul teaches about the Rapture, in the twinkling of the eye? Does that sound like the rapture/resurrection takes place SEVEN YEARS BEFORE JUDGMENT DAY??? 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, “Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed—52in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet [the 100th trumpet blown on the Feast of Trumpets, on Tishri 1]. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” I propose to you that Isaiah, Yeshua, Paul, and John the Revelator are ALL IN AGREEMENT AS TO THE ORDER AND TIMING OF THE RAPTURE/RESURRECTION OF THE SAINTS AND JUDGMENT DAY. I just don’t know how to state it any more clearly. . . forgive me this wrong.

If you would just come to the Scriptures with an open heart and mind and not with preconceived notions and assumptions, like replacement theology or pre-tribulation rapture theories, Yahweh can teach you some amazing things!! I love all you saints/Christians/fellow servants/brethren/elect/chosen believers and future martyrs in Yeshua.

Have a great Sukkot, it may be our last in peace for awhile,

Gene Benjamin II
