Repent

REPENT !!

2 Chronicles 7:12-16, “Yehovah appeared to Solomon by night and said to him, “I have heard your prayer, and I have chosen this place for myself as a temple of sacrifice. 13Suppose that I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send disease among my people, 14then if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land. 15Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers that are made in this place. 16For I have now chosen and set apart this temple that my name may be there forever. My eyes and my heart will be there every day.”

Today, we are the temple of Yehovah on this planet. According to these verses, He’s ready to meet with us in prayer. He wants us to seek Him, seek to live in His presence, seek His face. If you want to see your nation or country turn around and place itself in a place to be blessed by Yehovah, there’s only four things that Yehovah needs us to do. First, we need to humble ourselves before Him. Second, we need to pray continuously. Third we need to seek His face, His presence, His countenance, His favor, His mercy. Fourth, we must absolutely repent of our wickedness, turn around from walking on this wicked path that we’re on, and run back to Yehovah’s loving arms. We must repent, or turn around our behavior, or Yehovah has no reason to forgive us or heal our land or bless us. If we don’t repent, we are still under the curse of the wrath of Yehovah.

We continue to hear preachers talk about some great end time revival. It will never happen short of Yehovah’s people repenting of their sins. Without repentance, there is nothing to look forward to but the guaranteed wrath and judgment of Yehovah, without mercy! It seems that believers in America have deceived themselves into thinking Yehovah just winks at our sin and continues to bless us. Folks, we’re not being blessed, we’re being set up for sever judgment.

Many prophecy teachers believe Revelation 18 is describing the destruction of America. This would be a good time to read that chapter. Maybe read chapter 17 first. We cannot continue to shed innocent blood, through abortions and other daily murders. What are believers doing to shut down abortion clinics in your city? What are you doing? I’ve been arrested for my pro-life efforts, how about you? Are you willing to pay the price necessary to see America turn around? Are we willing to lay our life down for the innocent unborn babies? Their blood is crying out to our Father in Heaven. He’s listening to them. Is He listening to you?

Psalm 7:12, “If a person does not repent, the Almighty will sharpen his sword and will prepare his bow for battle.”

Jeremiah 5:3, “Yehovah, do your eyes not look for faithfulness? You struck the people, but they do not feel pain. You have completely defeated them, but they still refuse to receive discipline. They make their faces harder than rock, for they refuse to repent.”

There was a letter written back about 96 AD by Yeshua to the 21st Century messianic congregations of Yehovah. It’s found in Revelation 3:14-22, ““To the pastor of the messianic congregation in Laodicea write: ’These are the words of the Amen, the reliable and true witness, the ruler over Yehovah’s creation. 15“I know what you have done, and that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish that you were either cold or hot! 16So, because you are lukewarm, neither hot nor cold, I am about to vomit you out of my mouth. 17For you say, ‘I am rich, I have had many material possessions, and I need nothing.’ But you do not know that you are most miserable, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked. 18Listen to my advice: Buy from me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, and brilliant white garments so you may clothe yourself and not show the shame of your nakedness, and salve to anoint your eyes so you will see. 19I train everyone whom I love like a brother, and I teach them how they should live. Therefore, be earnest and repent. 20Look, I am standing at the door and am knocking. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come into his home and will eat with him, and he with me. 21The one who conquers, I will give him the right to sit down with me on my throne, just as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne. 22Let the one who has an ear listen to what the Ruach is saying to the messianic congregations.””’

Remember the parable of the rich man and Lazarus in Luke 16? Here’s a portion of it: 16:29-31, “But Abraham said, ‘They have Moses and the prophets; let them listen to them.’ 30The rich man replied, ‘No, Father Abraham, but if someone would go to them from the dead ones, they will repent.’ 31But Abraham said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded if someone rises from the dead ones.’” Well, Yeshua rose from among the dead ones, and people still reject Him. It’s mind boggling to me. Both Moses and Yeshua taught us how to love Yehovah and to love our neighbor as ourselves, but we still can’t seem to do it. Even those who claim to know Yehovah, those who claim to be full of Ruach ha’Kodesh, still can’t love Yehovah or their neighbor. Neither do they know how to repent, or are unwilling to repent of their pet sins. That is why judgment is about to fall upon this world. I hope you are ready to meet your Maker!

The Lord just gave me this verse in the middle of the night. Revelation 13:3, “One of the beast’s heads appeared to have been killed, but its fatal wound was healed. And the whole earth marveled as they followed the beast.” Now the point is, if there is this great revival of faithful believers at the end of time, why is every human on earth declared to be admiring, worshiping, and following after the Beast, the Anti-messiah, the Devil himself? That word for whole means all, 100% of the human population of the earth will be bowing down to the Beast, so how can you say there is a revival or great spiritual awakening during the tribulation? All I can say to this verse is that I hope we have been resurrected/raptured by this point, because that is what appears to be assumed by this verse. That is not a revival, that is 100% rebellion, defiance against Yehovah. That is why Judgment Day cometh. No one on earth at that time will repent and be saved.

Read on in chapter 13, Revelation 13:4-10, “They also worshiped the dragon, for he had given his authority to the beast. They worshiped the beast, too, and kept saying, “Who is like the beast?” and “Who can fight against it?” 5The beast was given a mouth that could speak proud words and blasphemies. It was permitted to exercise authority for forty-two months. 6So the beast opened its mouth to speak blasphemies against Yehovah: Blaspheming his name, the place where he lives, and those who live in heaven. 7The beast was permitted to wage war with the believers and to conquer them. Also, authority was given to it over every tribe, people, and ethno-linguistic nation. 8All who live on the earth will worship it, everyone whose name was not written, since the creation of the world, in The Book of Life, which belongs to the Lamb, who had been slaughtered. 9If anyone has an ear, let him listen. 10If anyone is to be taken into captivity, into captivity he will go. If anyone is to be killed with a sword, with a sword he will be killed. Here is a call for patient endurance and faith for those who are set apart.”

Like Tim McHyde has said for many years, if you’re still on this planet when the mark of the Beast arrives, it’s too late for you. Everyone still alive will be suckered into taking the mark, dooming themselves to the Lake of Fire.
