THE TIME TO COME
Isaiah 42:14-25, “I have held My peace a long time (about 6,000 years now, we are now stretching His patience to His limit),
I have been still and restrained Myself.
Now I will cry like a woman in labor,
I will pant and gasp at once.
15 I will lay waste the mountains and hills (that’s international, federal, state, and local governments),
And dry up all their vegetation (their fruit will come to nothing);
I will make the rivers coastlands,
And I will dry up the pools (whatever life-giving water they thought they were giving out will evaporate).
16 I will bring the blind by a way they did not know;
I will lead them in paths they have not known.
I will make darkness light before them,
And crooked places straight.
These things I will do for them,
And not forsake them.”
Those believers who know they are blind spiritually, Yahweh will enlighten, especially in these last days.
“17 They shall be turned back,
They shall be greatly ashamed,
Who trust in carved images,
Who say to the molded images,
‘You are our gods.’”
Those who trust in man’s creations, including man’s governments, will be greatly disappointed, even ashamed in that day.
“18 “Hear, you deaf;
And look, you blind, that you may see.
19 Who is blind but My servant,
Or deaf as My messenger whom I send?
Who is blind as he who is perfect,
And blind as Yahweh’s servant?
20 Seeing many things, but you do not observe;
Opening the ears, but he does not hear.””
Those believers who think they see are the ones who truly are blind. The self-righteous Pharisee cannot see spiritually or hear from the Holy Spirit. These scriptures are what inspired Yeshua when He sharply rebuked the religious leaders of His day. Woe to those who think they see, hear, and think they know what Yahweh is up to. They will be surprised in these last days. Judaism was the church Yeshua rebuked while He walked in the flesh 2,000 years ago. The Church of Yeshua today needs to hear the same rebuke. Reread Matthew 23 now and take it to heart this time. Self-righteousness is difficult to repent of, but we must humble ourselves and do so now, while it is yet day. The night is coming when no man will repent. Revelation 9:20-21, “But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons (like Allah, a demon), and idols of gold, silver, brass, stone, and wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk. 21And they did not repent of their murders or their (drug) sorceries or their sexual immorality or their thefts.” Revelation 16:9-11, “And men were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed the name of Yahweh who has power over these plagues; and they did not repent and give Him glory. 10Then the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom became full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues because of the pain. 11They blasphemed the Mighty One of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and did not repent of their deeds.”
Back to Isaiah 42, “21Yahweh is well pleased for His righteousness’ sake;
He will exalt the Torah and make it honorable.
22 But this is a people robbed and plundered;
All of them are snared in holes,
And they are hidden in prison houses;
They are for prey, and no one delivers;
For plunder, and no one says, “Restore!”
Self-righteousness is a blinding prison. This is why we don’t see many broken relationships restored between believers and churches. Groping around blindly in our prison cell, we can’t find the key to freedom, true forgiveness in Yeshua. True forgiveness brings total restoration of relationship. Without true forgiveness by grace through faith in Yeshua, we cannot be restored to fellowship with Yahweh or our fellow man. But with true forgiveness, we can be reconciled to anyone, anywhere, anytime.
23 Who among you will give ear to this?
Who will listen and hear for the time to come?
24 Who gave Jacob for plunder, and Israel to the robbers?
Was it not Yahweh,
He against whom we have sinned?
For they would not walk in His ways,
Nor were they obedient to His Torah.
25 Therefore He has poured on him the fury of His anger
And the strength of battle;
It has set him on fire all around,
Yet he did not know;
And it burned him,
Yet he did not take it to heart.”
Isaiah 42 is a warning to Yahweh’s people in this time that has come. The ancient nations of Israel were our example of Yahweh’s punishment on His disobedient children. Unfortunately, He will have to punish this generation also, because we still do not take Yahweh’s Torah to heart. In this time of the end and end of time that has come upon the face of the whole earth, Yahweh is declaring war on mankind. It is past time to see and hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches. Yahweh is manipulating the world’s governments and powers and peoples toward the final end-time confrontation between Yahweh, Satan, and man. Who do you think will win? Whose side will you be on? It is your time to choose. Your final vote will be the one that really matters, make it count. Your eternal life depends on it. In John 14:6, Yeshua stated, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” Choose life.
